Membership is open to all women who support the purposes of our Club and is not limited to university graduates. Our membership includes women from a broad range of backgrounds who have contributed in a variety of fields in their careers and in their communities.

The membership year runs from April 1 – March 31. Dues support the operation of the Club and CFUW Victoria’s Scholarship and Bursary Society, as well as contributing to the operations and advocacy initiatives of the Provincial and National CFUW offices.

  • Neighbourhood Groups which provide additional opportunities for social activities.

Full Member $130

For all women who support the vision and purposes of CFUW.

Dual Member $72

For women who retain membership in another CFUW club. Please specify the CFUW club to which you are paying full dues.

Student Member $65

For women attending a post-secondary institution (trade school, college, university).

The Membership Form and Waiver can be completed by accessing them online through our Wild Apricot member registration. Click on the New Member Registration link to access.

There are 2 payment options:

  1. E-Transfer – Select the>membership type and e-transfer/cheque option. Send the e-transfer to treasurer@cfuwvictoria.ca.
  2. Cheque – Select the membership type and e-transfer/cheque option. Mail the cheque to the following address.

Contact Us

Donations

Donations can be made to the following and included in your membership fee payment. Please include a note of the donation amount and intended recipient (i.e. CFUW Scholarship and Bursary Society, Advocacy or CFUW Charitable Trust).

(i) CFUW Scholarship and Bursary Society – contribution to the Club’s scholarship funds
(ii) Advocacy Fund to help support the Club’s advocacy initiatives, or
(iii) CFUW Charitable Trust (a charity supported by CFUW National) which provides fellowships and awards to women pursuing graduate study.

Donations to the Scholarship and Bursary Society can also be sent directly to the Society by e-transfer at snbtreasurer@cfuwvictoria.ca.

Tax receipts are provided for minimum donation amounts of $25 to either the CFUW Scholarship and Bursary Society or CFUW Charitable Trust. Receipts for the latter are generally sent at the calendar year end.
